TRAFFIC REGULATION NOTICE

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984

 Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, that the Oxfordshire County Council

TEMPORARILY PROHIBITS THE USE OF THE HIGHWAY

BY ALL MOTOR VEHICLES

          LOCATION:          Ascott Under Wychwood, Station Road

                     

          REASON:             To facilitate annual maintenance and adjustments to the equipment and barrier arms

 

DURATION:          Starting on 05 April 2020

                                         The anticipated completion date is 06 April 2020 (date included). This closure will operate between 11:00 pm and 05:00am (23:00 to 05:00)

                                         (Traffic Regulation Notices cover a maximum of 5 consecutive days.)

         

          ACCESS:              Limited access will be maintained for emergency service vehicles and for frontages within the closed section of road, subject to the progress of the works

 

SUGGESTED ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: via London Lane, B4437, Leafield Road, A361, Ascott Road, High Steet, A361, Station Road and vice versa
